What is a virtual office? |
A virtual office is an address that can be registered in the Commercial Register as a company headquarters or in the Trade Register as a business. It serves as an identification detail and also a transparent address, but typically there is no physical space like an office for use. The company/self-employed person is indicated on the building plaque and serviced mailbox. |
Is a virtual office legal? |
Yes, the offices we offer comply with all legislative requirements and are therefore legal. We are responsible for the company/self-employed person's name and handling mail at the address. |
What conditions does the company or self-employed person's headquarters have to meet? |
The headquarters of a company / self-employed person can be located in a property that has been assigned a descriptive or registration number. For the registration of the company/self-employed person's headquarters, it is necessary to obtain a Consent to the placement of the headquarters from at least a majority of the owners. In the case of companies, it is necessary to secure a notarially certified signature of the owners. After registration in the public registers, the company/self-employed person must be visibly marked at the specified address (Name/First and Last name; ID) and ensure the possibility of delivering correspondence. |
How to set up a virtual office? |
The easiest option is to fill in a non-binding order form on our site, where you will be given a specific amount for the services you selected, and we will also receive all necessary data for the preparation of the needed documentation. What are the advantages of a virtual office? |
A virtual office can be set up for just a fraction of the cost and effort compared to a physical office. This can be a significant relief especially at the start of the business or simply when there is a need to reduce costs. For this reason, a virtual office is ideal especially for companies or self-employed people who don't need a physical operation for their activities. |

What is the price of a virtual office? |

So, our cheapest permanent offices come out at 99CZK/month without VAT, and none of our offices exceeds 249CZK/month without VAT. It is always necessary to pay the full amount for the entire selected period before issuing the Consent to the registered office from our side. How can the company headquarters be changed? |
When changing the headquarters, you first need to check whether it is necessary to change the notarial record or whether the change can be made by recording in the Commercial Register. The notarial deed must be changed if the place of business is changed outside the municipality stated in the notarial deed as the "headquarters" or in case the entire address instead of the municipality is stated. If you send us a request, we are happy to check the situation and prepare the necessary documentation for you. |
